Purpose of the Role
Work as a member of the Medical Services Business Management Team.
Analyse budgetary trends and prepare annual operating budget and monthly expenditure summaries for the Directorate.
Analyse, monitor, and review expenditure and budget forecasts and initiate action, in consultation with the Business Manager and Leadership team, concerning variances and trends.
Manage and maintain a contemporary and accurate record of approved positions and their occupancy.
Monitor and evaluate administrative work systems and practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of services.
