**Key Accountabilities**:

- Co-ordinate the negotiation and communication with cost centre managers, program managers/directors and representatives to plan and coordinate the delivery of services required by individual programs.
- Analyse budgetary trends and prepare annual operating budget and monthly expenditure summaries.
- Analyse, monitor and review expenditure and budget forecasts and initiate action in consultation with cost centre managers and service line Principal Finance and Business Advisors concerning variances and trends.
