Kronos/Payroll Administrator role within a highly regarded company located in West Sydney.

**Your new role**
In this role you will be working in full time position in a progressive company, spending time building close relationships between all departments as well as:

- Month end and week-end payroll duties
- Effectively coordinating the forward planning of rosters.
- Raising payroll cases with People Services and following up in a timely manner.
- Keep up to date with ongoing rosters on the rostering system to align to operational needs.
- Have positive interactions with internal stakeholders.
- Update permanent roles on the rostering system to align to operational needs.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a rostering environment is required.
- Kronos experience is essential.
- Able to work within a team effectively and collaboratively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication as well as customer service skills.
- Able to be flexible with weekend and roster work.
- Knowledge of weekly and monthly payroll cycles.
- Time sheeting knowledge.
