Payroll Officer opportunity within a national services chain in the West of Sydney

**Your new company**

You will be working for one of Australia’s upcoming organisations that officer intricate services to their clientele that have been contributing to Sydney’s excellence and lifestyle for several decades. This company will offer you insight to global tradings as well as payroll processing duties in a convenient, western Sydney location. Copious amounts of work from home flexibility and onsite parking.

**Your new role**

In this permanent role, you will be working amongst a large volume payroll team, reporting to the payroll lead responsible for the following:

- Given your own portfolio of processing payruns for 500+ weekly staff
- Timesheet payroll processing from T&A ERP and data upload to major ERP
- Help with the payroll inbox and action requests and queries or escalate accordingly
- Attending to aspects of payroll records and generating ad hoc reports
- Final checking and balancing and timesheets and payruns
- Some monthly payroll duties

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Knowledge of end to end payroll processes
- Knowledge of termination, calculation and legislation, LSL knowledge or end to end payroll processes is beneficial
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively communicate with employees and colleagues
- Experience with major ERP software for time and attendance processes
- Attention to detail
