This is an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Officer to become part of a successful and dynamic team that continues to grow.
**Your new role**
You will report to Payroll Manager responsible for end-to-end Payroll Processing in an outsourced Payroll environment under Shared Service. Maintenance of ADP Global view GV), Payroll systems, new hires, termination, compensation changes, EBA changes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Validation of the payroll
- Consolidation of payroll
- Prepare timesheet file for exporting to ADP
- Processing payroll tax
- Checking termination pays
- Setting up new hires in payroll hires in system
- Month end reporting
**What you'll need to succeed**
Essential:
- 2-5 years payroll experience
- Ideally worked for a large company
- Experience with EBAs and Modern Awards
- Experienced with using a large ERP system (mandatory)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work with GMs and Branch Managers
- Confident and professional
- Experienced in excel - pivot tables, v-lookups - intermediate to advanced
- Must be a team player
- Must have a good attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
