Dural, Australia Dural Pool Shop Full time

This is a hands-on role where you will kick start this new online division of our well established retail store based in Dural.

If you are good at getting results in retail sales and have a track record in increasing online sales we would like to provide you with a career move that has lots of potential for future growth and development.

Your role will include assisting the business owner and retail manager with the transition from WooCommerce to Shopify.

You will initially be doing EVERYTHING but as we get more and more established the idea is that you will grow a team under you if this is something you are interested in.

Some of your duties will include:

- Assist with operational procedures in order to kick start and progress this new division
- Manage all logistics and supply chain
- Analysis of product movement and analysis of income data to improve turnover/profitability
- Coordinate the picking, packing and processing of online orders
- Update the website with monthly specials etc
- Negotiate with suppliers to maximise turnover, sales and profit.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
