About the Role:

You'll be the right hand to our Operations Manager, providing essential admin support to keep the wheels turning. You'll coordinate job reports, track schedules, liaise with suppliers, and help ensure our field team has everything they need to deliver top-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Operations Manager with day-to-day administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records, job reports, and supplier information
  • Communicate with clients, suppliers, and field staff
  • Track and follow up on job progress, variations, and compliance paperwork
  • Support invoicing, reporting, and data entry tasks
  • Keep our office systems and processes running efficiently

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • A proactive "can-do" attitude and eagerness to help
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software as we begin a new software program.
  • Previous experience in construction, plumbing, or a related industry highly regarded but not essential. Or a keen interest in this area.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
