We’re seeking a dedicated **Area Manager**to lead our Ipswich operations, ensuring the compassionate collection and transportation of beloved pets to our facility. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives while working with a team that values care, respect, and excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect deceased pets from veterinary clinics and homes with dignity and care
- Return pet ashes to clients and clinics, providing empathetic support
- Navigate daily runs efficiently and maintain high standards of vehicle and workspace cleanliness
- Accurately fulfil system requirements and ensure smooth service delivery
- Lead by example in upholding Pets in Peace’s values and service standards

**About You**:

- Passionate about helping others and supporting families during difficult times
- Emotionally intelligent and compassionate toward animals
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable in a clean, professional environment
- Physically capable of lifting up to 25kg and handling pets respectfully
- Hold a full, unrestricted driver’s licence
