We're seeking a dedicated Area Manager to join our Client Field Team in Ipswich. This is a unique opportunity to work in a role that blends customer service, logistics, and heartfelt care, supporting veterinary clinics and pet owners across the region.

About the Role

As an Area Manager, you'll be responsible for:

  • Collecting pets from vet clinics and homes with professionalism and compassion
  • Returning ashes to families and supporting their emotional journey
  • Maintaining strong relationships with veterinary practices
  • Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and operational excellence
  • Managing vehicle and equipment standards
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
What You'll Bring

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg unassisted
  • Q Fever vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
