An opportunity has become available to join our People & Culture team in a key role as People & Culture Advisor. In this diverse role you will understand how employees make a difference to an organisation, including the effects that employment, engagement, retention, development, and industrial legislation to achieving operational objectives. This role will report to the People & Culture Business Partner and is located in Hume, ACT.

**What you’ll bring**
- Qualifications in Human Resources along with previous experience in Construction, Manufacturing or Heavy Industrial sectors (desirable)
- Exposure and understanding in the areas of Workforce Relations/IR legislation, Performance Management and Succession Planning
- Experienced in managing and supporting the delivery of HR strategies, policies and procedures
- Ability to proactively build strong relationships with key stakeholders with a true understanding of the client requirements.
- High level organisational skills including the proven capacity to work under pressure, independently and as part of a team, using initiative and sound judgement to meet deadlines and manage competing priorities
