In this hands-on leadership role, you'll be responsible for implementing content and social strategies to achieve our strategic marketing goals. Here are some key areas of accountability:

- Lead and support the content team to plan, implement, optimize, and measure content marketing across multiple channels.
- Establish and refine content and social management processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and performance.
- Provide guidance, support, and feedback to content and design contributors.
- Collaborate with the go-to-market teams and digital agency to ensure social media assets developed follow best practice guidelines for optimal engagement.
- Track, report, and analyse the impact of social media activity on website analytics, using these insights to continuously improve our social media performance.
