**Position Overview**:
As a **Content Creator**, you will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing content across multiple social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and engages our customers. You will work directly onsite and collaborate closely with our Marketing team to execute campaigns and build a strong, consistent social media presence. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and post daily content on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
- Develop and implement content strategies tailored to different platforms, focusing on increasing engagement and follower growth.
- Monitor social media trends and adjust content to stay relevant and impactful.
- Collaborate with the sales, events, and venue managers to create campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
- Analyze and report on social media metrics, optimizing content and strategies based on performance.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, tone, and aesthetic across all platforms.
- Respond to audience comments and direct messages in a timely and engaging manner.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in social media, photography, videography, and design.
- Assist with other content-related tasks, including video shoots and graphic design.
- Engage with our community and build relationships with influencers and partners.
- Review KPIs (key performance indicators) regularly with media team and adjust strategies based on data insights.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience creating content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook etc.)
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Proficiency with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software).
- Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Creative, resourceful, and a self-starter with a passion for storytelling.
- Previous experience in a content creation or social media management role is a plus.
- Must be able to work onsite

**Schedule**:
This is the initial casual role requires 10 to 15 hours per week with the potential of becoming a Part-time position. Flexibility in hours may be possible, but consistent onsite presence is essential for collaboration and content creation.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability
