Linkforce is currently seeking a **Training / Compliance Coordinator **to join our Head Office team.

Based at our Perth Head Office, this position is offered on a full-time basis and reports to the Compliance Team Lead.

**What the role involves**:

- Assessing training needs for new and existing employees
- Reviewing qualifications and ensuring employees are compliant before mobilisation to site
- Booking training courses and medical appointments
- Running training reports/matrixes
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and employees to ensure qualifications remain current
- Accurate and timely recording of all completed training and assessment activities
- Raising purchase orders and receipting invoices
- Handling logistics for training activities including venues and equipment
- Maintaining knowledge of current client compliance processes and procedures

**What is required**:

- Experience in a similar role within the mining industry is preferred but not essential
- Knowledge of mining related qualifications, tickets, and licences
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office suite of programs, including Excel
- Demonstrated high level and accurate data entry skills
- The ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise accordingly
- A National Police Check
- Australian work rights
- A Pre-Employment Medical
