Training Coordinator

About the Role
**In this opportunity as Training Coordinator, you will**:
Conducting implementation meetings, and the management of each customer through the implementation process.
Acting as primary point of contact, and conduit between the development team & customers during the implementation project.
QA of BigRedSky instance and Job Board prior to training customer.
Deliver system training to new and existing customers as required.
About You
You’re a fit for the role of Training Coordinator, if your background includes:
Relevant qualifications / experience in Human Resources
Technical acumen, and ability to communicate technical items to non-technical people
Understanding of HR processes, specifically recruitment
Strong communication skills, with ability to liaise with customers
Experience using BigRedSky (desirable)
