Programmed Skilled Workforce is a leading provider of managed workforce and training services. Programmed are currently seeking both temp and perm Maintenance Fitters/Mechanical Fitters for our top tier clients around the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne We currently have a variety of temp & full time vacancies for Day, Afternoon & Night Shift for clients in the water industry sector, large FMCG facilities, manufacturing and production plants.

Programmed are currently seeking both temp and perm Maintenance Fitters/Mechanical Fitters for our top tier clients around the Northern Suburbs of Melbourne

We currently have a variety of temp & full time vacancies for Day, Afternoon & Night Shift for clients in the water industry sector, large FMCG facilities, manufacturing and production plants.

**Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Preventative maintenance of machines on site
- Repairing and fault finding on machines
- Fault analysis of industrial machines
- Improve machine efficiency
- Completion of daily line set-ups according to schedule and standard set-up procedures.
- Follow all health and safety procedures
- General maintenance, repairing and fabrication as required
- Project installation and scoping

- Trade Qualifications (in engineering/mechanical relevant to role)
- Current Forklift Licence and/or Elevated Work Platform Licence desirable
- Mechanical aptitude
- Proven Maintenance experience
- Proven experience in fault finding
- Good understand and compliance of OHS in the workplace
- Ability to use power and hand tools
- Have an eye for continuous improvement.
- Willing to work overtime if required to complete a task
