Are you a Maintenance Fitter looking for a long-term role within a fast-paced food and beverage manufacturer? This is a great opportunity to join a modern, high-performing production facility that continues to invest heavily in new equipment, people, and training.

You'll be joining a close-knit maintenance team supporting a site known for its quality products and culture of continuous improvement. The night shift role plays a key part in keeping production running smoothly and ensuring preventative maintenance schedules are met.

The Role:

  • Preventative and reactive maintenance across a high-speed manufacturing site
  • Support with breakdowns and ensure production downtime is kept to a minimum
  • Work independently overnight, with support from the wider maintenance team when required
  • Assist with equipment isolations, changeovers, and mechanical rebuilds

The Candidate:

  • Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter (Cert III or IV)
  • Experience in beverage, dairy, or food manufacturing essential
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Confident working autonomously on night shift
  • Excellent communication and safety focus

This is a permanent night shift role through summer, with the view to move to rotating day/afternoon shifts in March. Full training provided on site, including ongoing development and the opportunity to complete disconnect/reconnect training.
