About the role
As our Fleet Coordinator you will review processes relating to the management of the SunRice fleet of vehicles, working closely with suppliers and business users to deliver a safe, cost effective and optimised fleet management experience.
Key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
Oversee SunRice vehicle fleet within guidelines and ensure vehicle rotation and allocation systems are in place to manager vehicle KM and lease terms
Effective management of service providers through performance measures and regular reviews of KPIs and service levels
Manage reporting requirements for Fleet team and stakeholders - regular Fleet reports to include vehicle utilisation, servicing, fuel usage, safety concerns etc.
Own fleet policy/ process/ contracts including novated lease, tool of trade and owned assets
The role is a fixed term contract for 12 months. Our office is in Sydney, but you can be located anywhere in Australia and work from home.
About You
You are an admin wiz and your organisational skills and attention to detail are second to none. You have exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and manage interactions with stakeholders at all levels of our organisation.
**You will also have**:
Experience in a similar role working as a Fleet Administrator or similar
Ability to deliver complex reporting to multiple stakeholders
Ability to prioritise effectively
Advanced analytical capabilities with skills in reporting and data manipulation in Excel
SAP experience managing assets and invoicing.
Experience working with within the FMCG/ Food manufacturing industry or other complex fleet structure is preferred.
