Want to use best practice systems and data management tools to support formulating sales and marketing activities to grow the business?

**Atlas Copco Specialty Rental** division provides tailor made solutions with our unique rental fleet of air compressors, power generators, nitrogen generators, dryers, boosters and steam boilers.

**The Role**

Support each of the key departments in Rental by staying informed on market, industry, and the digital landscape, while assisting to strategize and implement digitalization transformation, business growth and improvement initiatives.

The role will coordinate business improvement programs and integrated digital platforms supported with data collection and market intelligence gathering to enhance visibility and decision-making processes across all business areas.

You will be working closely with the management team, regional sales, operations and fleet teams in supporting Rental Oceania. Use data mining technologies to define decisions based on data collection, data analysis and additional observations of audience or economic trends to provide insights that will positively impact marketing and sales efforts.

**What we expect of you**
- Technical or degree qualifications, or similar via experience related to data/business analysis, data management and/or digitalization transformation.
- Business/data analysis experience in a sales-based organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with emphasis on attention to detail and ability to communicate with diverse audiences
- Strong PC skills including but not limited to: Microsoft Office, Power BI, Sharepoint, CRM.
- High level of motivation and commitment with excellent project management skills and the ability to multi-task. Be a perceptive and strategic thinker
- Ability to work independently, show initiative and work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to travel and stay overnight to support sales or other key business activities
