**Your Role**

Atlas Copco spends most of our days teaming up with our customers to turn industrial ideas into smart connected air and gas solutions and leading edge compressed air technology. Our passionate people, expertise and service bring sustainable value to industries everywhere.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Business Controller to join our team in Blacktown.

**What your day might look like?**
- Provide ongoing support to the Business Controller and Management team.
- Partner with the Management team to provide financial insight to assist with business growth.
- Pursue automation and efficiency in accounting and internal control compliances.
- Analysing of variance and exploring potential problems with the Management team
- Manage the shared service finance deliverables to the Australian business.
- Maintaining the currency of the ERP system and cultivate an extensive working knowledge of the system.

**To succeed, you will need**
- A degree or other relative certification in Finance, Accounting, or similar academic background
- Possession of CPA accreditation or progressing toward obtaining one
- Relevant experience in financial accounting within an industrial environment highly regarded.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Exposure to SAP ERP desirable
- High level of analytical, organisational and communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Must have a strict adherence to confidentiality and organisational procedures.
