**Your Role**

Exciting Opportunity to lead our Air and Gas Applications (AGA) Division
- Are you ready to take on a new challenge?_

We are excited to annonce the creation of a new Division within the Compressor Technique Business Area. The new division is responsible for all product development, sourcing, production, marketing, sales and technical support of on-site gas generation and purification, and high and low pressure compressors within the business area.

**Your Key Mission**:
As the Business Line Manager, you will accelerate the development of sustainable profitable growth for the AGA division business lines positioning them to become clear market leaders within their segments. You will lead teams, manage resources through effective strategies, resource optimisation, and comprehensive financial management. Excellent product and service delivery, maintaining strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, as well as the ability to adapt to market is also required,

**To succeed, you will need**
- Degree in Civil or Execution Engineering in Mining, Industry, Mechanics, or equivalent; an MBA or degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Finance is desirable.
- Results-oriented approach with an entrepreneurial growth mindset, and experience in executing strategy through a dedicated team..
- Advanced English proficiency with effective communication skills
