**What you'll be doing**
- Process customer orders and liaise with the operations team to ensure timely delivery
- Provide product information and tailored solutions to meet customer needs
- Handle customer complaints and queries, working to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to drive sales growth
- Maintain accurate customer records and data in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the wider team to support business objectives

**What we're looking for**
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role, ideally within the transport/logistics industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in using CRM systems and standard office software
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Flexible and adaptable, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
