Rangeview Transport is a family owned plant transport company who have been in operation since 1999. We are based in Melbourne and have interstate depots in Adelaide, Sydney and Brisbane delivering plants, flowers and horticulture products. Our numerous fleet consists of Vans, Rigid’s, Semi’s and B-Double’s with a team member base of over 50 employees.

**The Opportunity**

We are looking for someone who is proactive and enjoys persuasive conversation, to liaise with new and existing clientele to drive and increase our sales department.

Based at our Melbourne Depot in Silvan with opportunity for progression and career advancement We have a full time position available for immediate start.

You will be speaking with new and existing clients on a regular basis, provide quotations and transport solutions as required.

You will also be pivotal in driving our expansion of general freight and plant transport, seeking out opportunities as they arrive and developing a network of new business clientele.

**Who We Are Looking For**
- Someone who is passionate about the horticulture or transport industry
- Have a keen interest in Developing, maintaining and actively engaging with new and existing clients in the nursery Industry
- Be able to work autonomously and within a team environment
- Think outside the box and actively promote business solutions

**Skills/Experience**
- Plant knowledge or horticultural background extremely advantageous.
- knowledge/experience in logistics desirable
- Experienced in Sales working towards targets and KPI’s
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organised with ability to prioritise
- Have extensive experience in the transport industry
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional networks.

This role will involve working with the owners of the business increasing its productivity and to help leading its expansion in the horticultural industry. As we are an interstate transport company you may be required to travel interstate.

The salary is negotiable depending on your experience and what you can bring to Rangeview Transport.
