About the role:
We are looking for Full Time availability Monday to Friday within the hours of 6am-9pm.

Our fulfilment centre is focused on supporting our store teams to exceed our customers experiences in store by ensuring that we pick and deliver orders on full and in time. Our role at our Fulfilment Centre is to take task out of our stores so our store team members can service our customers better

As a Job Board Specialist, you will be on the frontline of our online order support operations. Your responsibilities will span monitoring and managing orders via our job board system, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring our fulfilment processes run smoothly.

What’s involved:
- Process Purchase Orders for our Clients- Contribute to a great team culture- Be the conduit between our customer service teams & order fulfilment sites- Build strong relationships with all Internal stakeholders such as Account Managers and local stores- Support accurate orders for our account management teams- Work with our CRM system stakeholders to ensure all interactions are delivered through this system to become one point for our customers- Listen & action customer feedback to improve overall customer service experience whilst supporting the relationship and retention of our customer base

What we need from you:
- Strong Planning & organisational skills- Ability to prioritise & Manage time Effectively- Attention to detail- A proactive approach and willingness to learn- Excellent communication skills
