**The position**
This is a unique role within the organisation that is their Customer Engagement Officer, you are responsible for customer service and relationship management of new customers after their purchase to make sure they successful transition through the post sales process.
Your main responsibilities are:
- Being the first point of contact for new customers who have purchase a new solar system for their home
- Maintaining communication with the customer from post-sale through to installation of their new solar system
- Communicating with the customer to make sure documentation and paperwork is filled out correctly
- Providing new customers with a welcome call, advising next steps and building rapport
- Keeping the customer up to speed with next steps and updates for their installation and monitoring progress internally
- Organising time frames and availability for installation with the customer
- Liaising with the project team and keeping abreast of progress for the customer
- Communicating with the customer if any changes due to stock, installers, weather or other events that may impact
- Managing customer expectations and queries for delivery
- Getting back to all customers in a timely manner for any queries

**The experience needed**
To be considered for this role you need to be coming from any related space within a customer service, call centre, phone, computer, chat support or customer care where you have had a key responsibility in customer satisfaction and maintaining customer engagement.
