**Sales Support and Marketing Associate**

**As a sales support your specific duties include but are not limited to**:
1. Working collaboratively with the sales team to assist them in achieving monthly and annual sales target

2. Monitor stock levels and handle any general sales administration such as creating proposals

3. Contact the customer to advise them of their production status, any additional approval required and the process forward

4. Frequently liaise with the external stakeholders such as suppliers for delivery updates, invoices or any required follow ups

5. Provide delivery updates and ongoing support to the customer and sales team

6. Fostering strong Customer relationships and ongoing support for long term customers

7. Reporting of market trends and competitor intelligence such as product breakdowns, category analysis, sales analysis, strategy for channel;
**As a marketing support your specific duties include but are not limited to**:
1. Responsible for organizing the participation at all events and conferences

2. Collate and review the production and ongoing monitoring of marketing materials to keep information relevant for domestic and China team

3. Proofing of marketing material to ensure accuracy of spelling, images, pricing and information

4. Drive in-store initiatives such as design, print and distribution of point of sale materials

5. Point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders for marketing and events

6. Keep website current and up to date

7. Other ad hoc marketing initiatives

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Smithfield, NSW 2164: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales and marketing: 1 year (preferred)
