**The Role includes, but not limited to**:
- Analysing digital data to draw key recommendations around website optimization
- Conducting content audits to identify gaps and areas for improvement
- Developing and implementing link building strategies
- Analysing keywords and SEO techniques used by competitors
- Keeping up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Monitoring and evaluating search engine rankings and traffic
- Providing recommendations for content optimization
- Collaborating with other teams, such as marketing, sales, and product development
- Creating and maintaining digital marketing dashboards to track key metrics
- Assisting in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns
- Utilizing web analytics tools to track campaign performance
- Conducting research to identify new opportunities for digital marketing campaigns
- Reporting on key performance indicators and presenting findings to stakeholders
- Assisting in the management of social media accounts and campaigns
- Identifying and implementing strategies for improving website traffic and user engagement
- Collaborating with designers to create engaging content for digital channels
- Testing and optimizing landing pages for maximum conversion rates
- Monitoring and analysing online advertising campaigns
- Providing insights and recommendations for improving overall digital marketing performance.
Our company is looking for a motivated and capable applicant for a full time Digital Marketing Analyst, who will be reporting to our General Manager. Full training will be provided by the company.
**Selection criteria but not limited to**:
- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Analyst or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and best practices.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads is a plus.
- Certification in Google Analytics or other relevant certifications is desirable.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- A passion for staying up to date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Experience in e-commerce or B2B marketing is a plus.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing.
