**About the Company**
Our client is a highly regarded industry superannuation Fund offering its clients a range of services and products. They have an opportunity for a superannuation member services consultant looking to take the next step in their career.
Reporting to the Education & Advice Team Leader, you will be responsible for the provision of inbound general financial advice, outbound engagement campaigns and member correspondence.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Deliver inbound and outbound phone-based general advice to Fund members;
- Liaise with the members of the Fund between the contact centre and financial advice team;
- Coordinate proactive member engagement campaigns;
- Distinguish potential members that may benefit with the Fund’s Financial Advice team;
- Support the day-to-day operations of the financial advice team; AND
- Implement administrative tasks that support the members interaction with the fund.
**Technical Skills & Qualifications**
- Established experience in a contact centre role with a superannuation fund;
- Be RG146 Compliant;
- Have attained a Diploma of Financial Services (preferable);
- Be a team player assisting both contact centre and financial advice team;
- Ability to have strong member focus skills that allow you to build quality relationships with new and existing customers AND
- Self-motivated, great communicator and display solid organisational skills.
