**Your New Role**

Reporting to the Manager, Advice Operations, this role represents an outstanding opportunity to help to support a dynamic team of financial advisers to achieve the best retirement outcomes for our members.

In this role, you will manage and be responsible for administering the end to end implementation of tailored personal advice including liaising with external funds and service providers and be a point of contact for AustralianSuper financial advisers throughout the implementation process. You may also deal directly with our advice clients where required. You will complete internal and external product research requests, administer checks on documents and you will have opportunities to be involved in business improvement initiatives.

Some of your duties will include, but not limited to:

- Receive advice implementation requests. Manage workflow and underlying tasks in Xplan.
- Preparing and checking forms and documentation for accuracy and/or missing information.
- Record/scan all documentation for submission and storing in Xplan.
- Be a contact point for financial planners, members and service providers/funds throughout the implementation process.
- Proactively liaise with service providers, members, administrators etc. as required.

**What You’ll Need**
- Previous experience working in a financial advice practice.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, SharePoint, and Excel in particular)
- RG146 qualified, or willing to attain
