At **earLAB**, we’re an independent, boutique ear health practice redefining how people care for their ears. With clinics in Richmond and Footscray, we’ve been making (sound) waves in the Audiology world since 2018 — known for our warm, personalised, and high-impact client care.

Our clinics have a **casual-professional feel** where **recurring clients know us by name**. We’re a small but mighty team that values autonomy, compassion, and connection and we’re looking for someone who shares those values.

**About the Role**

We’re on the lookout for a **part-time Receptionist (approx. 22.8 hours/week)** to become a key player in our team. This role is ideal for someone mature, reliable, and emotionally intelligent who thrives in a people-focused, calm-but-busy clinic environment.

You’ll **work across our two locations (Richmond & Footscray)**, we’re after someone ready to commit long-term and grow with us.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Greet and welcome clients with genuine warmth
- Manage appointment bookings and coordinate follow-ups
- Process payments and manage billing issues with care
- Maintain a tidy and well-stocked reception area
- Build strong rapport with our lovely regulars
- Collaborate closely with audiologists and admin teammates
- Support with clinic operations, stock, and occasional projects

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 22.8 per week
