What your typical day will look like:
As the Product and Experience team’s Client Partner you will be responsible for developing and driving the success of a portfolio of clients through strategic collaboration on innovative digital solutions.
Core responsibilities include:
- Driving ambitious customer strategies and delivering innovative business solutions to achieve commercial success for the Experience practice and clients
- Identify risks, align work to client needs, ensure value and customer satisfaction and enhance client perception
- Leading cross-functional teams, collaborating with craft leaders for client growth and excellence in the Experience function
- Ensure accurate reporting and financial forecasting, deliver proactive initiatives, drive repeat business and identify new business opportunities
A bit about you:
- Deep industry expertise in customer experience, marketing technology, and digital ecosystems
- Proven track record of delivering strong client management outcome and achieving client growth and business development.
- Experienced in commercial management and reporting with a strategic focus on business strategy, financial management, forecasting, and demand planning.
- Successful track record in matrix organizations, emphasizing collaboration, influence, and persuasion, with experience in selling and delivering professional services in relevant industries.
