TBSAu is a leading company that organises some of the largest business events worldwide. Our focus is on supporting SMEs and startups by providing them with the services and products necessary for their success. We currently run 7+ shows internationally. We are expanding rapidly and are now established within Sydney for TBSAu.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Manager at TBSAu in Sydney. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. They will also collaborate with operations, marketing, and sales to deliver excellent customer service and assist in organising and coordinating events.

**Salary**: $52,000 ($64,000 OTE)

**Responsibilities include**:

- Introductory video call meetings to onboard new exhibitors
- Ensuring exhibitors adhere to submission deadlines for documents and media and that invoices are paid on time
- Management of the exhibitor portal
- On-site support to the operations department at exhibitions, depending on the size of the event

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in account management (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Knowledge of the business events industry is beneficial but not required

**Additional pay**:

- Commission pay up to $1,000 per month

Pay: $51,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year
