Key responsibilities
- Provide support in scheduling supplier meetings including ensuring agendas, minutes and actions are captured in the preferred manner
- Collate, file and data capture regular supplier performance metrics. Assist in record keeping practices and archiving activities. Provide administrative support for various activities being conducted within the branch including organising meetings, forums, workshops as required and follow up on action items to help ensure that those responsible deliver on the agreed actions. Managed shared mailboxes and queues to ensure prompt and professional management and satisfactory customer and supplier experience. Provide efficient and high standards of customer service to our customers, through the management of shared mailboxes and queues, to be a point of contact for feedback and queries related to procurement procedures and referrals. Provide purchasing, procurement, administrative and contract management support to members, customers and stakeholders, including SAP goods receipting and invoice management from time to time. Demonstrate flexibility to work across a variety of procurement teams with varying work and defined outcomes. Processing a range of purchase orders, and work flows tasks as required from time to time. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of policy, legislative and departmental procedural requirements for procurement, and actively promote awareness of procurement as a key business function to all departmental staff. Demonstrate professionalism and be a positive contributor to a great team and culture. Demonstrate initiative and be a team player by appropriately handling enquiries to senior staff in their absence within expected timeframes.
