**The Opportunity**:
Due to internal promotion, our Fairfield branch is looking for an experienced Field Service Supervisor to join the team. The position is responsible and accountable for the operation of all Field Service activities to ensure it runs safely, efficiently, profitably and offers genuine product to the customers of the Branch. This is achieved by coordinating the activities including workflow and staff allocations, ensuring that at all deadlines are met, documentation is completed, and jobs are invoiced promptly. This role has 13 direct/indirect reports across the field service team.

Competitive salary plus superannuation plus vehicle allowance. Salary will be discussed at phone screening stage. You will also be provided with uniforms.

**Your Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Proven experience in a supervisory/management role
- Understands strong customer service
- Must be available for afterhours calls
- Exposure to Dynamics AX & SAP
- Well-developed written & oral communication skills
- Be able to communicate at all levels both internal & external
- Must have heavy diesel trade certificate & strong analytical skills
