The equipment we supply and install includes cutting-edge technology used in our industry. Our success over 40 years is the result of our strong resolve to provide our customers with a high level of support that is professional, honest, and fair.
We have a passionate team who enjoy the mix of learning new technologies and sharing them with our customers.
What will the job involve?
- Training in-house and on the job with experienced technicians
- Unpacking and testing new equipment
- Installing commercial printing equipment at customer premises
- Performing scheduled preventative maintenance
- Customer training
- Fault finding, repairs, and phone support
What kind of person might be suited to this position?
- Good technical aptitude and some experience working with tools is a must.
- Experience with Roland, Mimaki, DTG, or DTF printers is highly valued but not mandatory for applying to this position.
- Excellent English communication skills
- Good general computer skills
- A powerful interest in learning new skills
- Solid problem-solving and fault-finding ability. (Logical thinking)
- Full driver's license
- Good customer service skills and ability to work unsupervised
- Willingness to travel within Victoria and inter-state
- Physically fit
Suitable candidates for interview will have either a qualification or very good practical experience in a mechanical field such as automobile service and maintenance
