Your day-to-day focus is to provide outstanding field service to a diverse customer base, which includes the following duties:

- Installation and commissioning of industrial equipment
- Attending to calls for service and breakdown situations
- Completion of service reports/paperwork to a high standard
- Meeting customer needs and maintaining working relationships
- Trade qualifications in a relevant mechanical/electrical discipline
- If you don't already have one, the ability to obtain a Restricted Electrical licence
- Previous experience with machinery installation and maintenance
- Familiarity with functional aspects of hydraulic and pnuematic systems
- Well-developed fault finding and troubleshooting skills
- A motivated self-starter able to work autonomously and organise/prioritise own workload
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
