What your day will look like....
In this role, your day will be a balance of administrative precision and meaningful interaction with both internal and external stakeholders. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring accuracy in processing and confidentiality in handling sensitive documents. Collaborating closely with team members, you'll prioritize tasks, conduct quality checks, and provide procedural advice to support the recruitment process. Your focus will be on ensuring that all documentation is processed on time, pre-employment checks are completed seamlessly, and databases remain up-to-date. Every day will bring the opportunity to contribute to improving recruitment practices, supporting your colleagues, and playing a key part in the growth and success of Darling Downs Health.
