Unidex actively recruit for all areas in the healthcare field specialising in Disability Services, Support Services and Allied Health.

**The Role**:
UHC are seeking to engage a Disability Support Worker to partner with a male participant based in Mount Lofty, QLD 4350. Our Participant sustained a traumatic brain injury which is the result of a motor vehicle accident.

The role would be commencing immediately. Assistance is required every Friday from 9:00am to 16:00pm. The hourly rate of pay on offer is $40.00 per hour and travel allowance is reimbursed for injury related purposes.

**Skills & Experiences**:

- Australian Driver Licence
- Certificate III in Individual Support
- Current Police Clearance
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Current Blue Card
- Current NDIS Worker Screening
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module
- NDIS Support Effective Communication Module
- Third Party Compulsory Insurance
- Reliable, proactive and positive attitude
