We are an online retailer specialising in customised photo gifts, renowned for their design and premium quality. Based in Moorabbin, the studio is a fun, fast-paced environment filled with people who are passionate about providing beautiful products and excellent customer service.

**Roles and responsibilities**
- Provide detailed product information and troubleshoot issues.
- Deal with any customer complaints and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner. Where necessary, you will engage with your manager to provide further support
- Liaising with couriers/Australia Post to assist with any tracking/delivery issues

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Must have excellent communication skills and be highly organised
- Fast learner with exceptional attention to detail
- A strong work ethic and ‘can do’ attitude
- Thrive in a fast paced environment
- Possess IT Skills (Google suite) and have the ability to process 100+ enquiries a day
- Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Position: Casual, however expect to work close to full time during the Nov/Dec period

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person in Moorabbin

Expected Start Date: 14/10/2024

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $24.10 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
