**About the Role**

Our Service Team provide on-site pool & spa cleaning and maintenance services throughout Brisbane, and we're looking for more motivated technicians to join our team.

Reporting to your Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:

- Cleaning of residential and commercial pools and spas
- Performing on-site water testing and adding chemicals to correct water balance
- Performing routine maintenance, installation and plumbing of pool equipment
- Trouble-shooting on-site and educating customers about pool and spa chemicals, equipment and parts

Success in this role will be based on your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and provide trusted advice and solutions.

**Skills & Experience**
- A current Australian driver’s licence
- High level attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Confident customer service and communication skills
- Technical aptitude, and the ability to work unsupervised outdoors throughout all seasons
- Physical fitness, as regular heavy lifting (up to 20kg) is involved

Some experience in a trade-related role would be an advantage however, full training will be provided.

**Salary**: $52,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
