**Experienced Pool Service Technician Wanted - Join the SW Pool Services Team**

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pool Service Technician to join our expanding team at SW Pool Services Pty Ltd.

**Location**: Servicing The Greater Brisbane area - Inner Brisbane City to Springfield

**Full Time** -38hrs

**Start**: Immediately

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Performing regular inspections and maintenance on swimming pools, including cleaning, testing water chemistry, and making necessary adjustments
- Identifying and troubleshooting pool equipment issues, and providing efficient and effective repairs
- Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards
- Maintaining detailed records of all pool servicing activities
- Communicating clearly with clients, addressing questions or concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction along with collaborating with the broader team to ensure seamless service delivery to our clients
- Assisting with the installation of new and/or repaired pool equipment
- Assisting with pool plumbing

**You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have**:

- Minimum 1 year previous experience in a similar role is required to be considered for this position
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve pool issues. A hands-on, can-do attitude
- Strong understanding of pool chemistry
- Exceptional customer service orientation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- A love for working outdoors
- Physically fit

**Additional Requirements and Information**
- You will need to hold a current Australian open driver’s licence and be a confident driver
- Current blue card or the ability to obtain
- Current white card or ability to obtain
- We generally start our day at 6am to get a jump on traffic, although starts can be flexible for the right person
- Must hold Full Australian working rights.

Pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 38 per week
