Our client is a family run commercial cleaning business, specialising in Aged Care Facility cleaning services and commercial servicing. They pride themselves on delivering a level of customer care you expect from a family business.

Due to business development, they are now seeking a proficient sales and marketing professional to maintain current client relationships and build new ones. The role also provides administrative support to the directors - developing and maintaining office processes and scheduling of staff.

**About You**

You will be outgoing, positive and friendly, always looking for the next opportunity to network and build effective relationships. Your sales approach will be solution-focused and you will have excellent commercial acumen.

Bringing a mature and professional approach, you will be calm under pressure with the ability to prioritise your workload. With excellent MS Office Skills and an eye for detail you will enjoy driving process improvement.

Your appreciation and knowledge of social media and your ability to use it as an effective marketing tool will be valued. Knowledge of the Aged Care sector would be an advantage.

**About the Role**

This is a varied role that requires flexibility around business needs. Working with a close-knit team you will be able to work autonomously and proactively action what is required.

Initially working 6 hours on a Friday, your day will start early (6.30am in Pakenham) with a weekly breakfast networking event. You will represent the business and take the opportunity to build relationships. The rest of your day will be taken up with sales activities - finding and developing new leads, building networks and maintaining key relationships. You will also provide administration support including some marketing assistance and scheduling of staff.
- **Responsibilities include**:_
- Identification of new market opportunities |development of sales target plans |Sales strategy | Sales reporting including maintaining a sales pipeline against KPIs
- Attend weekly Networking Event | Assistance with marketing initiatives including social media campaigns | Website maintenance where required
- Build and maintain excellent customer relationships, identifying and securing new business and business upselling
- Assist with the preparation and submission of quotations
- CRM / Client data maintenance
- Develop and maintain office procedures | maintain effective filing systems | assist with smooth office operation

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of two years’ experience working in a similar role
- Proven experience in sales/new business development against KPIs
- Ability to maintain accurate sales reporting processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (including Outlook, Word, Excel) and computer literacy

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 7 per week
