**The Opportunity**:
We currently have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and capable Admin/Reception Officer to join our Kuisine team. Reporting to the Logistics & Procurement Manager.

**The scope of the role includes, but is not limited to**:

- Assist in daily office activities and support various business functions with relevant administrative duties.
- Monitor the reception area to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Support the Planning Coordinator with daily paperwork completion.
- Monitor slot time bookings and gate entry to facilitate efficient operations.
- Manage the PRODA Portal (GMC).
- Create and maintain weekly reports for management.
- Perform general administrative tasks as requested by management
- Proficiency in D365 highly advantageous
- Intermediate - advanced Microsoft Excel skills essential

This role involves supporting management and staff with various administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures. The goal is to contribute to a smooth and productive workplace environment by performing duties with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism.
- Update daily production efficiency reports.
- Collect and digitize reports from previous days from factory team leads.
- Prepare all required paperwork from three different areas for production.
- Distribute stock-specific paperwork to targeted production areas, including License Plate forms, Team Lead Reports, Production and Quality Control paperwork, and weekly production sheets.
