**About the role**
As the Fire Supervisor, you will be responsible for
- Leading and mentoring a team of technicians and coordinators
- Planning and delivering fire maintenance works in line with safety, quality, time and cost requirements
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with KPIs and contractual obligations
- Driving safety culture and SHEQ compliance across all sites
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and our key client, Transurban
- Ensure comprehensive records are established and maintained, reporting daily site events, progress reports and maintaining Asset Management System

**What you will bring**
You must have experience in a similar role with a strong understanding of AS:1851 Maintenance of Fire Protection Systems (tunnel network experience would be advantageous).
- Fire trade background with relevant QBCC Fire Licence
- Driver’s licence and Construction White Card
- Supervisory, maintenance and contractual experience
- Sound communication, time management and problem-solving abilities
- Client focussed and professional with high attention to detail
- Self-motivated and driven with solid planning and organisation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (and ideally Maximo and FireMate)
