**About the Role**
To create an excellent first impression of Monash Health by providing a professional, courteous and efficient patient telephone experience and an effective outcome. The MBIC provide the first point of contact for clinicians referring women and women requiring a maternity booking.
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual with extensive interpersonal and administrative skills and an appetite to continually improve efficiencies and operations as well as the patient experience.
**About You**:

- Ability to effectively communicate with a range of stakeholders including GPs, specialists and women or their families from a wide range of backgrounds
- Demonstrated understanding and experience in data entry and customer service.
- Computer skills across the Microsoft Office suite.
- Demonstrated ability to learn new programs e.g. Birthing Outcome System (BOS)
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills.
- Detail oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and co-operatively as part of a small team.
- Innovative lifetime learner
- The ability to perform repetitive tasks on a daily basis.
