You will drive continuous improvement and optimize business operations by enhancing key processes, systems (e.g., Salesforce CRM) and customer experience. The role leads Business Analysts in identifying opportunities for improvement, prioritize activities for the Business Solutions team, and act as a key bridge between the business and IT.

What you will contribute to:

- Improving key business processes related to the customer journey, streamlining operations, leading to an enhanced customer experience.
- Leading Business Analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Driving the growth, adoption, and support of ATCO's Salesforce CRM, ensuring its functionalities are being leveraged for business success.
- Attendance at daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and collaborating with the IT Business Solutions team for successful system integration.
- Managing the transition of new or enhanced systems/processes, particularly through Salesforce, into the business.
- Championing change and process improvements across all business areas to enhance efficiencies, effectiveness, and customer experience.
- Providing expert change management leadership, guidance, and support to project sponsors and teams, ensuring successful change management for people, stakeholders, processes, and technology.
- Identifying and analysing risks, preparing risk mitigation tactics, managing anticipated resistance, and supporting training planning and implementation.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to integrate change management activities into project plans, quantifying business process efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with regulations and safety cases.
- Partnering with HR and other key stakeholders on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, roles, and organisational structure by supporting organisational design and role definitions and responsibilities during change.

What you will bring:
**Essential**:

- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, commerce, business administration or another related field.
- Certificate in change management and/or project management.

**Desirable**:

- Experience in driving continuous improvement resulting in optimising business operations, and enhancing customer experience
- Strong leadership skills, guiding teams in gathering business requirements, identifying improvement opportunities, and providing expertise in change management principles.
- Experience with CRM systems and their best practices for driving business success, collaborating effectively with IT business solution teams, and managing smooth transitions of systems/processes.
- Analytical skills with a successful history of building internal relationships across all organisational levels, supported by strong communication and excellent digital skills.
- Experience in Business Improvement, Change Management, or Digital Customer Experience leadership roles, demonstrating proficiency in Agile project management methodologies and familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Outsystem, Lucid Chart & Miro.
