Our focus is on building a world-class Technology team that will shape the future of technology for ATCO in Australia. This role will report into the General Manager, Technology, ATCO Australia.

**About the role**
- Establish alignment between Asset Management and Technology business units by translating goals into technology initiatives, bridging the gap between technology and business through advancing and maintaining robust relationships with stakeholders, advising on technology strategies and serving as a trusted advisor.
- Facilitate the development of tailored technology roadmaps that enables business unit needs, guiding the strategic direction of technology investments and initiatives.
- Assume ownership of technology assets & initiatives, ensuring guardrails & budgets are adhered to whilst maximising value delivery. Foster teamwork, clear communication, and seamless coordination for organisational success..
- Serving as a primary point of contact for escalations in Technology services for business units, ensuring timely resolution of operational issues and appropriate communication.

**What we are looking for**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in roles where a deep understanding of both business and technology is required, this could include roles such as IT project management, software engineering, product owner, solution architect, business analyst, consulting or similar positions.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across different departments or business units. Experience in stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and conflict resolution is beneficial.
- Demonstrated skills in continuous delivery of value and DevOps
- Demonstrated expertise in leading a high-performing team of technology experts
- Understanding and experience in asset management and related industries preferred
