We currently have an exciting new opportunity for an additional Account Manager to join our team in Perth.

**About the Role**

Given recent significant growth at REMONDIS, we require an experienced and energetic self-starter to support our national Integrated and Managed Services (IMS) business. As an Account Manager, you will assist the large national team in managing and continuously improving our West Australian customer sites, ensuring that they are consistently delivered market leading environmental, sustainability and financial outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure all client accounts / projects are profitable and deliver on their promised objectives
- Maintain close customer relations with clients by providing a professional, high quality service
- Manage internal and external supplier arrangements and relationships
- Ensure that the business leads the waste sector in safety/environmental performance
- Identifies and manages key HSE risks
- Proactively manage unplanned emergencies
- Demonstrate commitment to safety and customer service
- Work in a collaborative team environment

**Who you are**
- Previous experience in customer-focused roles
- At least 3 years experience in waste, recycling, environmental sector or any other related industry
- Relevant formal qualifications are preferred, but not essential (e.g. Business Management, Environmental Management or Waste Management)
- Exceptional presentation / report preparation software skills - PowerPoint, Word, Excel
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage your own time and workload
- Flexibility - as hours of work may vary depending on business requirements and may require some interstate travel
