Ardor Care is a newly established NDIS provider in South East Queensland, dedicated to delivering a diverse range of services to participants. As a Support Worker, your pivotal role involves empowering NDIS-funded individuals, fostering autonomy, and aiding them in attaining personal goals through independent living, skill development, and community access.

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend assigned shifts independently or work within a team, offering support to NDIS participants at their homes or in the community
- Deliver high-quality support in alignment with individual support plans and PBSPs by ensuring compliance with service agreement requirements
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including participant's families, health professionals etc
- Adhere to mandatory reporting requirements, completing daily shift reports, incident reporting and administering and documenting medications
- Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions, adhering to WHS requirements, and uphold Ardor Care policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding service outcomes and participant needs.

Job type: Casual shift work and will vary according to participant needs

Job requirements:

- NDIS Worker's screening check
- Hold current First Aid and CPR certifications
- Open driver's license, and maintain a reliable car with comprehensive insurance.

Qualifications/Experience:

- Certificate III or higher in community services, disability support, or a related qualification, as determined by Ardor Care; OR
- Previous practical experience providing high-quality support services to individuals with complex needs.

Licence/Certification:

- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- Working with Children Check (Desirable)
- NDIS Worker's Screening
- Open Drivers Licence
- Police Clearance
