**Your new team**
As the Team Coordinator for our FICC and Liquidity & Implementation teams, you will provide high-level support to the Heads of FICC, the Chief Liquidity Officer and other senior members of the team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Management of FICC and Liquidity & Implementation, you will ensure that administrative matters are managed and documented efficiently, and facilitate the smooth running of the team.
**Some key responsibilities include but are not limited to;**
- Provide administrative support such as diary management, travel arrangements, maintaining filing systems and registers etc.
- Assist in the preparation, formatting, collation and distribution of papers/ reports for internal meetings within required deadlines
- Assist in the preparation, signing and registering of expenditure business cases
- Being a key contact for the teams to provide answers to their questions and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
- Assist in onboarding new staff within the team
- Assist in projects and other activities as required
- Work closely with the broader Investments administration team
**What you’ll need**
- Previous experience within administration management, document management, team coordination or a similar role
- Ability to manage two senior Executive offices with a high level of confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, setting and managing multiple conflicting priorities within specified time frames
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with a range of people at all levels
- Excellent stakeholder relationship skills, proven ability to initiate, maintain and manage relationships with peers, with the objective of gaining corporation and meeting timelines for the delivery of advice
- Experience in the development, maintenance and review of office support systems
