**The Role**:

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the successful Export Logistics Coordinator will proactively manage and coordinate the end to end solutions across all offshore export transactions acting as the liaison with all parties to ensure a smooth processing of shipments.

Must have a strong ability to problem solve, take initiative and must have in them to take full ownership of the role and hit the ground running.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Timely management of multiple lines of communication with customers, offshore agents and internal parties maintaining details, and relaying pertinent information to appropriate parties.
- Coordinate and manage the end to end export process including bookings, export documentations, cartage, customs reporting and job invoicing.
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of reports and documentation related to international logistics.
- Monitor, manage and resolve customer and transportation challenges
- Ensure compliance with customs, export, applicable foreign trade/import laws, as well applicable transport regulations.

**You will have**:

- Extensive and proven experience within an international operational / logistics role
- Cyber Freight knowledge would be highly regarded
- Ability to critically think through multiple step process and follow up on several details.
- High ability to handle multiple priorities while being detail oriented.
- Ability to problem solve and create solutions.
- Excellent communication, verbal and written skills.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.
